Conversion Utilities
To convert indexes created in book indexing software or word processing programs into HTML indexes

  • Mapper by Leverage Technologies, Inc.
    Utilizes a map file to convert page locators to URLs.
  • XRefHT freeware also has a index conversion capabilities.
